Our store is always open, but we ship only on Wednesdays. The cut off time for order is the Tuesdays at 8pm.

Shipping Policy
O&E Sweets Creations is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your order, due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not responsible for delays due a weather condition, postal office strikes or lost packages, even if they appear in the tracking system as delivered.
The shipping cost stated on your order is based on the charges under Priority Mail packages established by the USPS but this may vary depending on weight and distance. If the amount is greater will cover it in full.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to food safety risk, we do not accept returns of shipped sweets and candies since it is a perishable product. We don’t offer refunds but If you have a situation with your order don’t hesitate to contact us at any time via email to be able to evaluate your situation and offer you alternative solutions.
We are not to be held responsible for product that has been affected by temperature during delivery process.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be fraud or unauthorized.
